The Dallas/Fort Worth residents were surveyed who purchased a home between June 2008 and June 2011 which was priced at more than $150,000. The finalists were a select group of less than 1% of real estate agents and 2% of mortgage professionals in the region. Fees were not paid for this research. The professionals were screened against state governing bodies and reviewed by a panel of industry experts.

 

Mary Ann honored to be on this list of less than 1 percent of real estate agents. She would like to thank all her clients past and present and to all the people who took part in the survey process that led to her receiving this award.
